Tom Moore – President
Tom Moore has been involved in high school and collegiate sports for more than 30 years. He was a three-year letterman and co-captain of the football team at The Citadel where he graduated with a degree in Political Science. Moore also coached the Bulldogs and earned Southern Conference Coach of the Year in 1984. Moore also is a USAF veteran. Prior to his coaching responsibilities with the Bulldogs, he was head coach at Gardner-Webb (NC) and was an assistant for many years under Red Parker, Charlie Pell and Danny Ford at Clemson.
Since leaving coaching, Moore spent 10 years touring North America conducting both educational, motivational and promotional seminars.

Josh Baker – Vice-President, Marketing and Operations
Working alongside ESM President Tom Moore, Josh Baker is responsible for cultivating relationships with schools and organizations, driving ESM’s marketing strategy, soliciting advertising and working behind the scenes, along with Moore, to make sure that everything ESM promises is delivered as promised.
Baker and Moore teamed up at The Citadel as Baker was the Sports Information Director for the Bulldogs from 1985-94.
Since leaving The Citadel in 1994, Baker has worked in sales, promotions, marketing, and layout and design of publications and promotional materials.
Baker shares the same vision of ESM with Moore and believes that integrity, honesty and transparency is the best and only way to do business
Allie Brumble – Director of Graphic Design
Allie Brumble is in her third year with Edgewater Sports Marketing as the Director of Graphic Design. She is a 2010 graduate of the College of Charleston where she earned a Bachelor’s of Arts in Arts Management with minors in Anthropology and Dance.
She had extensive training at the College of Charleston in graphic and web design, and has been performing graphic design as a professional for the past five years.
Tres Kerns – Account Manager
Tres Kerns has been involved in helping and working with amateur sports for more than two decades. He is Edgewater Sports Marketing’s Sales Manager and is in charge of working, supervising and training our sales staff.
Tres is a true sports fan, having loved sports ever since he was old enough to run. He garnered seven varsity letters in high schools sports and he also played college baseball as well.
Tres realized a childhood dream when he worked for the Baltimore Orioles for 15 years as an advocate and charity fund raiser.
He is married and has five grown children, all of whom he coached during their childhood years. The Kerns family moved to the Lowcountry about 10 years ago and still enjoys golf and playing sports.
